Building Incredible Momentum with AI

The Records team has been building incredible momentum with AI this year by implementing solutions that simplify everyday work, drive efficiency, and unlock new possibilities for future automation.

These advancements have been made possible through the support of CTO Chris Fields, the work of the R&D team, and collaboration among Lexitas' Product and Process teams. Together, these efforts laid the foundation for the creation and implementation of Lexitas' AI-Enabled Workflow portfolio.

The growing portfolio includes initiatives designed to make work across the Records division faster and more efficient, including automation of repetitive tasks and improvements to work routing and assignment processes. Three initiatives have already launched, with several more currently in development.
