Leadership Visits India
CEO Nishat Mehta, CHRO Laura Miller, and CTO Chris Fields recently traveled to India to visit and review operations.
During the visit, the leadership team met with the R&D, IT, and Finance teams to better understand the work supporting ROS, Process Service, and Court Reporting operations. Discussions included quality assurance metrics, automation initiatives, FP&A efforts, Data Engineering, Lexitas Connect, and the 2026 strategy surrounding AI Workflow Studio.
The India team also celebrated employee achievements through its "Pat on the Back Award" program and enjoyed a social lunch with executive leadership. With the India organization reaching a headcount of 29 during 2025, the visit provided an opportunity to showcase accomplishments and discuss future growth initiatives.
