Tell us a little bit about your current position here at Lexitas?
I currently serve as a Team Leader and Hospital Services Manager, overseeing operations and supporting both our clients and staff.
What kinds of jobs and industries did you work in before you started at Lexitas?
Prior to the acquisition by Lexitas, I worked for Medical Legal Reproductions (MLR) for 38 years. What was supposed to be a summer job turned into a career, and I often joke that it has been one very long summer. Even before joining MLR, during my later high school years, I worked for a court reporting firm.
What aspects of Lexitas excite you the most, and why?
We are given the opportunity to grow, not only on a personal and professional level, but as a BU as well. Speaking personally, one of the greatest gifts has been the opportunity to meet and work with some truly amazing people.
What advice would you offer to other Lexitas team members?
We all know that ROS wasn't built in a day. For those BUs that have yet to come on board, my advice is simple: be patient, not only with the system, but with yourselves. At times, it can feel like you're learning how to walk all over again. There may be some frustration, a few bumps in the road, and days when you wonder if you're making progress at all. But trust the process. Before you know it, you'll find your footing, gain confidence, and be up and running.
What seems challenging today will soon become part of your daily routine. Give yourselves grace, ask questions, lean on one another, and remember that we're all learning and growing together.
If you were an action figure, what accessories would you come with?
A Ford Shelby (my dream car), a Disney World Annual Pass and a Diet Coke, because I'm never fully dressed without one nearby.
Would you rather explore all of the ocean or all of space?
Without any hesitation, my answer would be the ocean. My dad was in the Coast Guard, so my love for the sea began when I was a little girl. From an early age, I was fascinated by the water and everything it represented: adventure, freedom, and discovery. The ocean is full of wonder, beauty, and incredible creatures that so few people ever have the opportunity to see up close. No matter how many times I visit it, I am always amazed by its power, mystery, and endless horizon.
What would be the first thing you buy if you won the lottery?
A house down the shore and situated on the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, where the first thing I see every morning is the sun rising over the water. A wide porch with a comfortable chair, a Diet Coke in hand, and nothing but the sound of the waves and the occasional call of a seagull...or two. (They live rent free whether you invite them or not.)
What reality or game TV show would you most like to be on?
Wheel of Fortune. I enjoy doing crossword puzzles, so that one is an easy choice for me. And come on now, who doesn't make the wheel sound in their head when they think about the show? 😄
What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives?
Go to Walt Disney World during the Halloween season, especially as an adult. Dress up as your favorite Disney character and let your inner child run free again. You get to leave the real world behind, embrace the magic, and remember what it was like to believe that anything was possible. Plus, for me, Disney has always been a reminder that you're never too old to have fun, make memories, and let your inner child come out to play.
Do you have any pets?
I have a soon-to-be 13-year-old Italian Greyhound granddog. Last year, when my only child got married, she was sweet enough to leave her baby with me. She knew that, while I was incredibly happy for her, it was also a little hard watching my human baby leave the nest.

LTS, New York
Tell us a little bit about your current position here at Lexitas?
I currently serve as the Vice President of Operations for the Legal Talent Solutions (LTS) division at Lexitas. In this role, I oversee all aspects of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
The Operations team plays a critical role in the success of our business by supporting the entire staffing lifecycle. Our responsibilities include client onboarding, candidate onboarding and screening, assignment lifecycle management, payroll and invoicing, talent offboarding, and ongoing support for both active talent and clients. We also partner closely with other teams across LTS, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and special projects that help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What kinds of jobs and industries did you work in before you started at Lexitas?
My career has primarily focused on human resources, operations, accounting, and staffing, with experience spanning both the legal and professional services industries.
I hold a Law Degree from the University of Tirana in Albania and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from CUNY John Jay College. I am also a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) through the American Staffing Association.
Before joining Lexitas, I served as HR Manager and Controller at Yorkson Legal from 2016 to 2022. In that role, I oversaw a broad range of HR and accounting functions, including onboarding, employment law compliance, payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
Earlier in my career, I held various roles within human resources and accounting, which allowed me to develop expertise in workforce management, compliance, operations, and financial processes. These experiences provided a strong foundation for my current role, where I combine operational leadership with my background in HR, staffing, and business administration.
Working across both HR and accounting has given me a unique perspective on how people, processes, and business operations come together to drive organizational success.
What aspects of Lexitas excite you the most, and why?
What excites me most about Lexitas is the company's commitment to growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Lexitas has built a strong reputation in the legal industry, and it's inspiring to be part of an organization that continues to evolve while staying focused on client success.
I also enjoy the collaborative culture and the opportunity to work with talented professionals across different business lines. Because Lexitas offers such a broad range of services, there are always new opportunities to learn, improve processes, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that impact the organization as a whole.
From an operational perspective, I find it especially rewarding to help create efficiencies, solve complex challenges, and support the teams that drive our success every day. I enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure our clients, talent, and internal stakeholders have a seamless experience.
Most importantly, I appreciate that Lexitas values its people. The relationships I've built with colleagues across the organization and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Legal Talent Solutions division have made my experience both professionally rewarding and personally fulfilling.
What advice would you offer to other Lexitas team members?
My biggest piece of advice is to stay curious, keep learning, and be adaptable. As Lexitas continues to grow and evolve, being open to change and new opportunities helps both individuals and teams succeed.
Another important lesson I've learned is the value of going the extra mile. Whether it's helping a colleague, stepping in to address an issue, or taking ownership of a challenge, those additional efforts can make a meaningful difference and contribute to the success of the entire organization.
I also believe that strong teamwork and open communication are essential. When teams stay aligned, support one another, and share information proactively, we can achieve great results.
At the end of the day, our success is built on collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. When we work together toward a common goal, everyone wins.
Which item in your house gets "Employee of the Month"?
My espresso machine. Perfect attendance, exceeds expectations daily, and keeps the entire team functioning. Never misses a deadline and turns beans into productivity.
If you had to wear one color for the rest of your life, which one would it be?
Red. Because life is too short to wear only black. Black is classic, but red makes a statement.
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, whom would you like to see play the lead role?
Julia Roberts, because every meeting would somehow end with a great smile. But honestly, I'd play myself and use the Hollywood budget for a team trip. That's the VP Operations in me talking.
What fictional place would you most like to go?
I'm creating my own fictional place: a world where my calendar has more beach days than meetings, vacations don't come with a before-and-after workload penalty, and I'm still living happily and fulfilled.
What was your favorite thing to get from the ice cream truck?
As a kid, I had two non-negotiables: vanilla and affordability. Everything else was just marketing.
What is one thing that can instantly make your day better?
Seeing my kids happy and thriving. But if we're talking instant mood boosters, "Here's your espresso and $1 million" would be hard to beat.
Since the coffee is the only likely part of that scenario, I'll happily settle for appreciation, recognition, and maybe a glass of Caymus after work.

What aspects of Lexitas excite you the most, and why?
The workplace culture in our office is everything to me. I love that I get to work with some really amazing people, doing something that makes a difference in someone's life.
What advice would you offer to other Lexitas team members?
Specifically for the records retrieval offices, I'd say take the time to truly appreciate what we do and the impact it can have on an individual, whether that be for a plaintiff or defense office. Learn to appreciate what we do and let it motivate you to learn how to do it to the best of your ability, because it does make an impact.
What is your go-to song?
Just about anything by Dance Gavin Dance or Emarosa.
What is your favorite version of potato?
Every version, except the French fry!
What do you do in your spare time?
I mostly spend time with my family and recovery community.
What is your favorite TV show?
That's tough! Either Supernatural or Grey's Anatomy.
You would receive a million dollars, but every time you sneeze, you teleport somewhere random in the world. Would you take the million dollars?
Nope! I'm not a fan of new places unless I'm prepared to be there. 😅
What is your favorite holiday?
I don't really have a favorite, but I really love the fall/winter season. It's more the feeling the upcoming holidays give than the actual holidays.
Clarence Gray
Corporate HR
Tell us a little bit about your current position here at Lexitas?
I am the Talent Acquisition Manager. I work with leadership from all departments for new hires, backfills, and all their hiring needs.
What kinds of jobs and industries did you work in before you started at Lexitas?

What aspects of Lexitas excite you the most, and why?
Having the opportunity to be of service to the team every day is the absolute best!
What advice would you offer to other Lexitas team members?
No matter the work, you should always remember, you are not alone.
What game show do you think you would be the best at?
The Price Is Right. With as much time as I spend at supermarkets, I believe I would wipe the floor with the competition (using Fabuloso!).
What kind of music do you like?
My musical repertoire spans many genres, but if I had to pick a favorite, '90s rock is my go-to.
What is the most recent book you've read?
Complete Tales of H.P. Lovecraft
Ideally, how would you spend your birthday?
Sleeping in, followed by a morning playing a new video game. Going out for a nice brunch, then shopping for new clothes. Going to an arcade or movie and finishing the day at a nice restaurant for dinner.
What are you superstitious about?
If I take a multiple-choice test, I do not trust that four answers could be the same letter. If the previous three questions had B for the answer, I can't accept the next one could also be B, throwing all my answers into question.
Do you smush spiders or let them outside?
Smush, unless it's already in a web well above eye level, then they are left alone.
Bryan Waggoner
Corporate, Sales
Tell us a little bit about your current position here at Lexitas?
My current position within the company is commission administration for the account execs on our sales team. In short, myself and the Sales Operations team gather all of the reports necessary from every operating system within the company to identify, calculate, and pay commission every month. We literally go through every single invoice the company publishes to get the sales team paid. It's a challenge, to say the least.
What kinds of jobs and industries did you work in before you started at Lexitas?
Before I joined Lexitas (DepoTexas), I was in the USMC, worked as a Manager on Duty for the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, and then started in the legal industry with The Marker Group processing record requests back in 2000 or so.
What aspects of Lexitas excite you the most, and why?
I have watched Lexitas grow from an idea that was tossed around long before Lexitas came into formal existence, and seeing where we are now always amazes me. When I first started with DepoTexas, we were pretty small but growing across Texas. Once we were able to get private equity backing, the company has grown in leaps and bounds, presenting new challenges on an almost daily basis. I enjoy the sort of "fly by the seat of your pants, figure it out" attitude that still permeates our organization in order to keep moving forward.
What advice would you offer to other Lexitas team members?
I think the best piece of advice I ever got was to "be the water, not the rock." To me, this means you have to be flexible and willing to learn on a regular basis. You can always ask yourself if you are the rock or the water in any situation, then evaluate what actions to take. Remember, water always wins, rocks get ground down into sand. Being adaptive is an extremely good habit to have and will serve anyone well, in almost any position or industry they might work in.
If you were a ghost, who would be the first person you'd haunt for fun?
If I were a ghost, I would probably just go travel. It should be low cost....LOL.
What is the perfect temperature?
The perfect temperature is 68F.
How do you relax after a hard day of work?
I spend a lot of time with my wife, Kelly, and our two dogs, Maisie and Fergus. I have a few hobbies. I race cars for the 24 Hours of Lemons, which means I am always getting parts or getting ready for the next race. I also like to make music and write songs.
You would receive a million dollars, but every day one random object will stick to you for the rest of the day. Would you take the million dollars?
No, you can keep that sticky million dollars. What happens if one of those random objects is a giraffe???? LOL.
What is an essential part of your daily routine?
Blood pressure medicine? LOL. I think, although it's relatively new, the most essential part of my day now is using the new FreshDesk setup that lets us handle commission questions from our account executives. I can't say enough about how helpful it's been in organizing and responding to questions. Thanks to IT and Ivette Corona for getting it set up for us!
Joyce Kelly
Corporate, HR
Tell us a little bit about your current position here at Lexitas?
I joined Lexitas in January 2023 through an acquisition as an HR Business Partner, primarily supporting our CA business units. In April 2025, I transitioned into my current role supporting the Process Service division. I enjoy partnering with Mickey and his team, building meaningful relationships, and supporting employees and leaders through important workplace moments. Whether assisting with LOAs, employee concerns, or day-to-day guidance, I value the opportunity to support others and contribute to a positive employee experience at Lexitas.
What kinds of jobs and industries did you work in before you started at Lexitas?
Before joining Lexitas, I worked in the legal industry for 30 years as a Law Firm Administrator, managing teams of 40 to 600 employees. Because of that experience, I understand many of the services Lexitas provides from a client's perspective. Earlier in my career, I also owned a fast-food franchise, which taught me a great deal about leadership, customer service, and profitability!
What aspects of Lexitas excite you the most, and why?
What excites me most about Lexitas is being part of a company that continues to grow, innovate, and look ahead while staying focused on its clients, employees, and service excellence. I appreciate that Lexitas is open to new ideas and committed to continuous improvement.
What advice would you offer to other Lexitas team members?
Stay focused on the bigger picture and trust the process. By remaining adaptable, committed, and supportive, we can help drive Lexitas' long-term growth and success.
Is a hot dog a sandwich?
No, because the bun is connected. To be a sandwich, you have two separate pieces of bread (or another type of base and top) that are in no way connected!
And a fun fact for you: the fast-food franchise I owned was a Wienerschnitzel. Those in California, Texas, and some other states know they sell hot dogs!
Would you rather have your dishes or clothes be magically clean?
Dishes. I bake A LOT and do not like to clean up after that!
What's the best concert you've ever been to?
Paul McCartney, San Antonio, 10/25/25. Although I have been to four other McCartney concerts, I attended this one solo and met so many amazing people. I had floor seats and by the end of the night had made new friends I am still in touch with today. Paul took me through my youth through his music and through sharing stories of the changing world in the '60s.
Which phone app do you use the most?
IM. Staying in touch with my five grandchildren (ages 16 to 33) keeps my iPhone busy and is the best way to get their attention!
My five grandkids may not all be kids anymore, but they are in my eyes and always will be. Because I use my iPhone IM app to stay in touch with them all the time, it is my lifeline.
What is your "guilty pleasure" movie, book, or show?
Shows, especially the oldies, like the original Law & Order.
If I gave you $50,000 to start your own business, what business would you start?
A cake bakery. I would design, someone else would bake (and clean up)!
I said I bake a lot. That is a wedding cake I made for my nephew, and it is all edible.

Corporate Client Success
Tell us a little bit about your current position here at Lexitas?
As Vice President of Solutions Architecture for LTS, I partner with law firms and corporate legal departments to develop strategic legal staffing solutions that address their current and future legal talent needs. I also serve as a subject matter expert for our Account Executives, providing the tools, knowledge, and guidance they need to effectively position legal talent solutions and deliver value to clients.
What kinds of jobs and industries did you work in before you started at Lexitas?
Before joining Lexitas, my career was always centered around sales, but across a variety of industries. I worked in telecommunications sales specializing in the wireless division for a multimedia and technology company. My creativity and design skills were put to good use through my work in hospitality and event planning, where I sold, managed, and coordinated both social and corporate events. I also ran a high-end women's special occasion evening wear boutique, managing team performance, client relationships, sales, and seasonal buying.
What aspects of Lexitas excite you the most, and why?
The people! I've been surrounded by incredible leaders and teammates who have challenged me, supported me, and always believed in me. Lexitas offers me the opportunity to learn and grow every day. One of my favorite parts of my role is collaborating with both clients and colleagues to solve challenges and create successful outcomes.
What advice would you offer to other Lexitas team members?
Don't be shy about asking questions. Embrace the expertise of others to expand your knowledge, gain new perspectives, and continuously develop and sharpen your skills.
How many birds would have to be in your house before you started getting suspicious that someone put them there on purpose?
10.
How toasted do you like your marshmallow?
BURNT!! Charcoaled on the outside, melted in the middle! YUM!
What's your go-to karaoke song?
Believe it or not, I have never done karaoke, at least not in public! But if I did, my go-to song would be "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor.
If you found $20 on the ground, what would you do?
True story! I found a $20 bill on the floor in Starbucks. I picked it up and, when it was my turn to order, I used it to pay for those behind me until the money ran out.
You would receive a million dollars, but any time you forgot something, that item disappears! Would you take the million dollars? Why?
Yes, because I would have enough money to replace the item! (Assuming it's replaceable!)
What's the best gift you've ever given someone?
The gift of life! While I've given plenty of amazing gifts over the years, nothing tops my three incredible daughters. They are, without question, the greatest gifts I've ever given the world.

What's the best movie you've seen recently?
Spider-Man: Brand New Day
What's your favorite season?
Fall. I love watching the trees change color.

Tell us a little bit about your current position here at Lexitas?
I currently hold responsibility for the strategy and execution of our India Global Capability Center Operations. This includes oversight of R&D, Finance, Global Service Delivery (Operations), India HR & Recruiting, and IT functions in India.
We started our India strategy in July 2024 and partnered with Zuci Systems to build our R&D delivery teams for RASi & ROS. I took about five months to stabilize the working and delivery model to ensure we met Lexitas standards. While doing that, I started to bootstrap our own Lexitas India subsidiary and established the leadership for R&D, Finance, and HR & Recruiting in India. The FP&A function was launched here to support business metrics. Subsequently, in Q1 2026, we established the foundation for the Global Service Delivery team, which is closely supporting Records Operations. We have grown to 56 employees on our team her
What kinds of jobs and industries did you work in before you started at Lexitas?
I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science from UT Arlington. I started my career at Motorola in Dallas-Fort Worth, working on embedded systems for paging and cellular products. From there, I moved to i2 Technologies, a supply chain company, and spent significant time delivering integrations to a wide spectrum of systems before moving into Product Management for one of the first public marketplace products that enabled collaboration between customers and suppliers.
After that, I moved to DataCert in Houston, a legal technology company serving corporate legal departments and law firms. I spent close to a decade in that space and helped establish India operations for product development, services, support, IT, and law firm operations as early as 2006.
Following that, I joined HighRadius, an accounts receivable SaaS company in Houston, as General Manager. I spent time learning sales, business models, and pricing strategies while helping build revenue pipelines. I then moved to Chennai, India, to work for Indix, a Big Data startup focused on building the world's largest product information database.
After that, I joined Onit, another legal technology company, where I scaled operations in Pune, India. I spent six years there before joining Lexitas.
What aspects of Lexitas excite you the most, and why?
Scaling an operation in another part of the globe while mirroring our SPIRITED values is exciting. Building an operation from scratch that can create impact is personally challenging and rewarding. Most importantly, building a strong bottom line that helps impact EBITDA from a business standpoint is very purposeful.
Working with great leaders, entrepreneurs, and technologists while learning every day from employees around us is truly humbling and rewarding at the same time. Having a transparent operation that can help remove impediments to company growth is something I genuinely enjoy at Lexitas.
What advice would you offer to other Lexitas team members?
Be curious. Ask if you don't know and learn. In whatever role you are in, understand the domain of our businesses and how customers use our products and offerings.
Build your T-shaped skills for depth and breadth and be honest with yourself about what you learn. Don't fear AI. Spend time learning AI skills and understanding how the technology is evolving. Find a good blend of AI and human intelligence for the future. Be open to new learning, embrace our culture, remain flexible and adaptable, and don't forget the human relationship factor of teamwork.
How big would a worm have to be for you to absolutely have to call someone?
I would say about 3 feet long.
What songs are you currently listening to?
A number of songs from a young Indian composer, Sai Abhayankar.
What's your game plan for the zombie apocalypse?
I don't know if we would stand a chance, but there are a few principles I would follow. Learn skills with practical applicability, such as cooking, camping, fishing, and growing vegetables. Stay in shape and remain agile. Develop strong self-awareness and understand your surroundings. Think creatively to solve problems logically. Learn to operate in uncomfortable situations and circumstances. Most importantly, focus on protecting the families and teams closest to you.
What's the best way to start the day?
I start my day by sipping a warm glass of water in my garden while listening to birds and watching the sunrise. I then take a 30-minute walk, which helps clear my mind. After that, it is coffee time while catching up on the news, emails, and texts. Breakfast follows, along with another 30 minutes dedicated to planning my day. Taking time to understand how the day will unfold helps me better handle unexpected challenges when they arise.
Are you a dessert or appetizer person?
Appetizers are my favorite. Whether it's Thai spring rolls, vegetarian sushi, Brussels sprouts, or something else entirely.
What's something you've always wanted to learn how to do?
I have always wanted to learn percussion. During my younger years, I played an Indian percussion instrument and once wanted to become a full-time drummer. Life took me in another direction, but I would still love to return to it someday.
