What an exciting summer it is as pandemic restrictions are eased and we slowly enter a post COVID-19 world!  I’m hopeful that we all have a fantastic summer and a great rest of the year ahead of us. It is awesome to finally feel like there is some normalcy in our lives. 

Being with family and friends after a year of being cautious and protective for ourselves, colleagues and loved ones has been uplifting for me personally.  We’ve already seen businesses returning to working at the office, but with new knowledge of the benefits of remote working and hybrid-work models. For many, working from home has been a strange, if not unpleasant change to the norm, but I know that many have found the prolonged isolation hard.

Equally, it goes without saying that returning to the office will present its own challenges as we now re-adjust to new working conditions and customer demands as they return to their offices. It has been great, though, coming into the office and starting to see both familiar faces again and new ones.

I want to thank the great employees and team members of Lexitas for continuing to bring their A game during some very difficult and uncertain times these past 16 months. 

Please know that I understand the personal and professional sacrifices that have been made, and I remain supportive to each of you, as we all hopefully continue to move forward.
