We are thrilled to announce that Eddie Aguirre from the Reporting Long Beach Business Unit is our 2025 Q2 recipient of the Quarterly Motivator Award!

Eddie has been an integral part of Lexitas for three years, including one year prior to our merger with Kusar. Starting his journey in Production, Eddie quickly showcased his dedication and expertise, earning a well-deserved promotion to Shipping & Assembly following Gloria's retirement. With an extensive career in the court reporting industry, Eddie brings invaluable experience and a steady, reliable presence to his team.

Outside of his professional life, Eddie has some fascinating interests! He is an avid collector of vintage stereo equipment and enjoys relaxing to the sounds of vinyl records. A true history enthusiast, Eddie spends his free time reading and exploring historical topics. On weekends, he loves visiting Tijuana, Mexico, where he connects with his family and enjoys meals at historic restaurants—like the renowned Cesar’s restaurant, famously known as the birthplace of the Caesar salad (and the spot where his featured photo was taken!).

Eddie shared that receiving this acknowledgment was a delightful surprise, and he is genuinely honored to be recognized by his peers.

We are excited to announce that Leigh Curtin from the Washington Records Business Unit is the 2025 Q1 recipient of our Quarterly Motivator Award!

Leigh has been part of the Lexitas family for almost two years, working in the Washington BU as an Administrative Specialist. While her title covers a lot, Leigh plays a key role in handling a wide range of tasks—from collecting mail and logging records to printing and mailing checks and invoices, always ready to jump in wherever needed.

This award marks her first major accomplishment with the company, and she’s honored to be recognized. Outside of work, Leigh is an adventurous spirit who loves exploring new places, meeting people from all walks of life, and trying new foods (just nothing too spicy!). Friends describe her as "refreshingly open-minded, encouraging, and straightforward," always seeking connection without judgment.

Cyber Hero Awards

Each quarter we select recipients to recognize those who have gone above and beyond to help keep the company secure by reporting items that IT Security needed to investigate.

This is the Cyber Heroes program. The winners receive a drink tumbler with the Lexitas and Cyber Heroes logo, plus a $100 gift card.
