We are proud to award Susan Tyre, Client Services Manager from our Records Philadelphia Business Unit, whose remarkable career journey is a true reflection of dedication, loyalty, and leadership within the court reporting industry.

Since first entering the field in 1982, Susan has continued to grow and thrive. What began as a high school job at a local court reporting agency turned into a lifelong career filled with learning, mentorship, and impact. Before Lexitas acquired Medical Legal Reproductions, Inc. in January 2024, Susan had already spent 38 and a half rewarding years with the firm.

Hired in May of 1985 as a summer employee, Susan quickly proved her talent and reliability, earning an invitation to join full time. That moment marked the start of a journey defined by hard work and continuous professional growth. Today, she serves as an Account Manager, Team Leader, and Hospital Services Supervisor within the Philadelphia BU, where her leadership and expertise help guide the team’s success.

This year, Susan played a key role in the BU’s transition into ROS, proudly uploading the first record into the new system. During the summer, she also helped coordinate the office relocation, working side by side with staff to ensure a smooth and seamless move for everyone.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending quality time with her family, spoiling her beloved granddog, and embracing her love for all things Disney.
