As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for the incredible work you’ve done this year. Together, we’ve delivered more than 1.5 million jobs for our clients (an increase of 4–12% across divisions) while improving our Net Promoter Score.

That combination speaks volumes: We’re not only delivering excellence, we’re finding ways to do it more efficiently. That’s a win for our clients and a testament to your dedication.

Looking ahead to 2026, our focus remains the same: continue to serve our clients with excellence and efficiency. What’s evolving is how we’ll achieve that. We’re building a sharper picture of what AI and technology can do for our clients and for us internally, and we’ll lean in even further to stay ahead of our industry in these areas.

For now, I hope you take time this holiday season to recharge, celebrate with family and friends, and reflect on the impact you’ve made.
