We have new members to the growing Lexitas family! Let’s take a moment to learn more about our new friends and offices around the country that wanted to share a little bit about themselves.
RASi Springfield, IL and Clayton, MO Offices
Greetings from your colleagues in the Midwest! We are some of the newer members of the Lexitas family. Infinity Professional Services Group was acquired in April 2021 as part of the Registered Agent business unit. In July 2021, we completed our brand transition and are now fully operating under the RASI brand.
The Springfield, IL team consists of Annie Brown, Zach Keenan, Michael McKinnie, Molly McWard, Megan Thorson and Cathi Wall. The Clayton, MO office is currently manned by Mike Keenan and Gabby Parrish (more to come soon). Brenda White makes her home in Austin, TX at the RASI headquarters but floats around the country often visiting the teams in Springfield and Clayton. Rounding out the team are April Truter who works remotely from Valdosta, GA and Abbey Shaw who works remotely from Staten Island, NY.
We are excited to join the RASI brand and Lexitas family and look forward to helping expand the Lexitas name throughout the Midwest, as well as across the US and globally.
Confidential Communications International (CCI)
Confidential Communications International (CCI) was acquired by Lexitas in March of 2021.
CCI has been in the records business for over thirty years. Led by Annette Farley R.N., who took over the company from her father, the company worked to provide records retrieval, process service, court reporting, and medical nursing summaries to both plaintiff and defense counsels. Officed in Houston, Texas, CCI is staffed by a small but mighty team of dedicated staff who work together to create a smoothly running machine with customer service as a top priority.
Our tenured staff have years of experience in the field and over the past year and a half have done a great job of adapting to changing work structures and environments brought by COVID-19 to keep the business flowing. 2020 was one of CCIs best years ever despite of the pandemic. Some folks masked up and worked in the office during the nationwide shut down and others set up at-home workstations to work remotely.
The CCI team is excited to be a part larger of a much larger growing company. Some are excited for new opportunities; some appreciate the stability and security of a larger organization, and all of us love the more affordable health and disability insurance available.
HOW DO YOU KEEP SPIRITS HIGH?
To keep morale up, there have been meme contests, happy hours via Zoom, and pet photo contests each week. Below are a couple of the meme contest winners.
